What days and times do you offer your measuring service?

Monday – Friday. We try to fit this around the customer.

Can I order without coming into the showroom?

Yes you can order by phone or email.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay by Debit/Credit card, Cheque, Cash or BACS payment.

Is the delivery charge per item or per order?

Delivery is charged per order.

How long does it take to deliver?

Bespoke items is 6-8 weeks, other items depending on the order can take between 2-6 weeks.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes, we can arrange international delivery.

Will I have to assemble the furniture myself?

No the furniture will be assembled for you.

Will you take the packaging away?

Yes all the packaging is taken away

Will all items be delivered together?

Depending on the size of the order, Yes. However if the order is local and we have certain items in, we will call you to see if you would like them delivered sooner.

How will I know when my furniture is ready?

As soon as we have your furniture in stock, we will call you to arrange delivery.

Can I delay delivery once I have placed my order?

If you are not ready to receive your furniture we can hold it for a short period of time.

Do you make made to measure furniture?

Yes we can take your ideas or offer suggestions to make that ideal piece of furniture.

What if I can’t find what I am looking for?

Please enquire as we are able to offer solutions.

Do you open on Bank Holidays?

No we do not open on Bank Holidays

Do you offer appointments?

We are open Monday to Saturday 9am – 5.30pm  but if you cannot make it due to work commitments or are travelling a long distance, then please call to make arrangements outside of these times.
